i just recieved summons re: CC debt that was purchased by a collection agency. so have i have 2 questions. 1) how do i file a 'response'? i am currently not working and my husbands income just covers our bills. i cant afford to admit the debt and make payment arrangements. what happens if i deny? i then have to go to court right? i dont know what to do. 2) i moved to NY state july 1st, recieved the summons from an ohio court (where i lived before moving to NY) on aug 16th. can i request change of venue since i no longer reside in ohio?

i just got an email from alliance funding llc it states they are going to garnish my wages if i don't call them i live in pa i borrowed 275.00 and i have paid 345.00 i am deeply concerned what is going to happen

i have been being harassed by a payday loan collections. they can not tell me what company has given me the loan and the date it was supposed to be deposited is not, i have no deposits on that date. how can i find out if i indeed have a collection due on a loan?

I have two payday loans out in the state of Maryland. Well my bank froze the account due NSF caused by the payday loans. What happens if I don't/can't pay them back? Can I be sued or go to jail for that matter? Please help!
