I owe $486 to Imagine Credit Card. Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC is the collection agency assigned to the account now. They sent me an offer stating that I can settle the debt for $340 (by making 5 monthly payments of $68.13. This debt is showing as a negative account listed under Imagine(as a closed by credit grantor request) and a negative account listed under Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC. If I take this settlement offer, is there any way I can get them to do something to make it look better on my credit reports (such as take it off, report it paid off, etc)? Thanks for any help.

Hi I have 8 payday loans and need help, I live in NY, Star Cash Processing total took out 3 loans 300, 400, 300, paid them all back wuth interest so my total amount in loans was 1000.00 and I paid 2,235.00, so I paid all of these loans in full, but then took out another which is outstanding (loan amount was 400), same situation with all other 7 companies: CMG Nationwide Cash Cash Jar Oneclick Midland Impact/PDL/Spot United Cash Loans After doing all the math, it seems I have paid almost 12.065 in interest fees, I need help, anyone out there?

I am working with a consoldation company, they said they need a $100.00 processing fee before they start. Which I am willing to pay but I need to know if this is the option I need to use or if I can do it my self, I have already closed my account and opened a new one with the same bank and I have told the bank the honest truth about my situation.The consolidation company has told me not to contact any of the lenders and let the consoldation company do the talking/writing. I am not sure about the laws in MO, nor do I have any information on what can happen to me.
