First of all, to everyone who helped me with my last go-around with Nelson, Watson, & Associates, I am pleased to say that whoever on this board suggested the free consultation with a lawyer in my area, it was a great idea! I gathered up all the information and sent it over to the attorney and got a settlement from N,W,&A that was paid out to me at the end of July! Thank you, again! Okay, now I'm getting letters from two other groups concerning two separate credit cards.

Good morning, I just recently entered a debt consolidation program I have 5 PDL that are currently active 2 are storefront and 3 are online...I recently closed my checkings accout so they are not able to debit my account so what problems will I run into with the storefront, and I have 1 online payday loan that will not provide me with an address its mymoneychest.com..I have never had a online payday loan and I didnt know how dangerous and unsecured they were so how can i get there address..

How does a person get out of debt without filling bankruptcy?

I get calls and messages left on my answering machine on and off. I have called 877-850-1273 extension 506 " Miss Brown" ? I have communicated to this Law ? office that the number and person they are looking for does not link, has never linked to my home phone number . deleted They seem to understand the message, say they will update their records, but they never get it ? or the request does not register. I'm not sure what I will do next, have set up their number to dial on and off, since it is a toll free number.
