I need to know how can I stop an online payday company called yellowdale.com. They are charging interest on a $200 loan and the interest in $532. And the only form of payment is ACH i know its got to be another way. And how can I find out if they are illegal in my state. I did close my old checking account and open me a new one that they don't have access to. Some advice please Thanks

I'm in illinois and I have a several paydays loans as well that I am now trying to get out off. I was paying them fine (I haven't defaulted as yet) and reloaning with them after each loan, has now caught up to me and I'm falling behind on my other bills etc. Due to my hours being cut and my spouse loosing his job I will not be able to keep up with them. What's the fees charged by the debt relief agent and how I pay them?

Haven't paid since March. (It's one of the big ones) I owe 7700. They offered to settle at 4200 a month ago (in a letter) and 3850 yesterday. I have never called them. I can give them 2300, and that is really it. What should I say when I call? How detailed should I get? Can I just say, "I have been hit by tragedy & this is all I can afford. Do you accept?" Any advice would be appreciated since I am am a bit nervous and I don't know why.

Re: Debt Validation Letter, fillable. It would help users if the statement "Sample Debt Validation Letter" did not print on the top of the letter when we print from the fillable version. Also, every character in the letter is in bold font...ink/toner costs money. LOVE THIS SITE!!
