The office just called me. I am in IL and they said internet loans are just like you went to there state and got the loans. So whatever you signed it is what it is and has to be paid. Interest and all. This doesnt make much sense to me. Still gonna fight it with them though.

Can ARM 18666794046 Collect in the State of Arkansas. What are the laws for Payday lending in the state of AR? I was told they were illegal by the attorney general however they still can attempt to collect a debt. I've tried to pay but now I'm so far behind on bills that I had to stop. I just don't know what to do.

I received a letter from this debt collector for State Farm I know this was regarding an accident with their client who happened to make an illegal left turn into my car. The police marked the report as being their fault. I am not the owner of the car,this is a company vehicle. They shoudl be working with the subregation group of the fleet company that owns the car and leases to my company. They send this letter to me as a scare tactic to hopefully pay the claim by credit card. My question is there any action consumers can take against State Farm.

Ok so One Click Cash called me today. My origianl loan amount was for $300 and I have not paid anything back on the loan so I know I owe them the entire principal amount. (I am in KY and internet loans are illegal here). Anyway, they said that they would settle for $390 if I would call with a prepaid card today to set up payment arrangements. I explained that I would only pay back the $300 since the loan is illegal in my state. They said that since I went out on the web I entered Nebraska to get my loan.... UGH!!

Can I personally be sued for a company check that was written to an auto repair place but bounced. I did make 2 payments towards the balance but was not able to make any additional payments and the corporation is no longer in existance.

someone by the name of Pete from their company keeps calling my home looking for people who dont even live here. I have asked my phone comapny and they said they could of had the number before, they will not stop calling me-I am wondering if this is harrassment and should call our attorney.

There is no answering machine at this number and the forgein little man has said he as left messgaes, there is not answering machine. take 402-616120 off your calling list this is the second request to your company from this email, since your people dont answer your phones.

So I sent my DV letters via certified mail. I have received my electronic confirmation that one was delivered and signed for. The other one seems to still be floating out there somewhere. What do I do if the other is considered undeliverable?
