My credit report shows this CBSD with a balance of $22,000 which I have never opened. How do I correct this and who do I contact?

Is upfrontmoney.com a legal lender? Does it have to follow in state laws for pay day lenders or do you go by only what the contracts says?

Hey All! I am being sued twice by a cheesy Law firm in Chicago, IL. (Blatt, Hasenmiller....Cook County, IL.) They left 2 Summons on my porch after my wife refused to sign for them...(1 for FIA and 1 for Livingston Financial out of MN.) If I am getting what I am reading, do I really have to pay approx.

I live in Ohio and took out an online payday loan for $300.00 through National Payday Loan which I believe is located in Illinois. How many times a day can this company send an ACH debit through my bank account? They have done it 8 times a day for two days resulting in $448.00 in overdraft fees charged by my bank. (there was a zero balance in the account) I was told they sent these through using different draft numbers and amounts for each one even though it was all for the same loan and that is how they got around it. Is this actually legal? My bank is not nice.

How is debt managment different from debt settlement and debt consolidation?

We made an agreement to $2000 out of my bank account to settle my mother's collection amount and then we got a letter saying we owe $3500 in full by the end of the month. I already have the money put together for the end of the month, but not $3500. Are they allowed to do this if we talked about $2000 more than 4 times on the phone? Could it be a mistake, the letter I mean. Some additional information is my collection agency I'm dealing with is Amsher. I just want some feedback

So I'm at work today and one of my coworkers tells me that I have a phone call on hold. (I'm a waiter, so of course this is a pain in the middle of my shift.) It's a gentleman named Steve Rodgers from Sullivan and Randolph calling me concerning a loan I owe. He said the loan was from January of 2008 and it was using a bank account I had to shut down because these bloodsuckers were taking all they could. I refused to say that the loan was mine and told him I would go to the bank and get my old paperwork so I could see what he was talking about.
