If I have outstanding invoice that collection agency is trying to collect on only has DBA name as listed source for collecting the debt. They don't have the legal entity (LLC) which I have closed. Should I worry at all ?

The student loan people intercepted my income tax refund in the amount of $4027.00 Now they are garnishing my check for approximately $67.00 a month. I have just started my current job in January of this year. I kept an open communication with my loan department letting them know what was going on and they still took my refund and now are garnishing my wages. I currently make $12.50 an hour, raise two children on my own and I do not recieve assistance from any other entity. I am getting ready to dispute the garnishment but can I also dispute them taking my refund check? Please help.

Hello, I currently have 4 payday loans that I received online. I am having a hard time getting these paid off. I have closed my checking account today so they can no longer steal "interest" from me. I have just fould out that in Arkansas Payday loans that charge over 17% are illegal. Is there any legal recouse they can take on me to get me to pay? Today I filed a complaint online at the Arkansas Attorney General's website hoping they can help me out. But I'm scared this is going to come back to haunt me. Can anyway offer any advice?

Who IS this Company? Have do they have access to Bank-holders accounts & how on Earth do they have a "right" to take money without premission? My fiancees bank-account has been over-drawn by hundreds of dollars for several months now. Apparently some company by the name of: SSM Group LLC 8664632130 has been withdrawing funds automatically without any written consent from my fiancee. We have never heard of this company nor have we ever allowed any company to automatically withdraw any funds at anytime.

Ok, As I mentioned in a earlier thread, I am having some problems with online payday lenders, particulary mypaydayloan.com. I live in Missouri and have learned that this place is illegal. My bank is frozen due to overdrafts and sent the last payment I had with them back. They have been emailing me and calling me for 2 days now. I have emailed them, stating : "I am aware of this matter and have attempted to contact you via email. Due to fraudulent accounts and illegal venders, my banking account is currently frozen and denying ALL transactions and will continue to until matters are resolved.

I's Internet Fraud Division as well as the Do Not Call Registry, the Attorney general in my state, as well as the Better Business Bureau. All I want is for you to stop calling my home.
