Hi, I currently have 4 payday loans : American Check Casher $500 (Storefront) Check into Cash (loanbyphone) $170 (Internet) Check City $425 (Internet) Star Loans $ 200 (By phone...although, they have storefront locations) I also have two installment loans : King of Kash $600 (Storefront) Noble Finance $400 (Storefront) I live in MO and believe they are ALL legal. Where do I even begin to start. I am behind on my rent. I have tried and tried to pay them all off. Has anybody had any success with any of these companies? I just need some advice.

I am being harassed by ACS at my job and home for "payday loan collection payment". Last Friday July 23, 2010 was the last draw. While I was talking on the phone with them the "Partner" proceeded to call me a "Bitch and I was told to Fuck Off" during the converstation. Also they called my work and they have obsecne things recorded on the system. The same person told my employer that I was a Bitch and other name callings. They call Friday 7 times in 15 minutes at my job.

Midland calls my house several times a day looking for my brother, who I do not speak to anymore. I tell them to stop calling me and in their rude voice, tell me they have every right to call me and that their time is more precious than mine. I have no credit problems, how do I get them to stop calling?

Ok I have to contact my ex boss and let him know along with previous co workers that they are porbably going to start receiving phone calls harrasing them about my PDL's. I havent worked there in over a year but what do I tell them. I dont want to explain the PDL's so is there a way without disclosing that information???

Sorry if this seems to be a repeat post on my situation, but wanted to ask this specific questions. Has anyone here put ACH block on their checking account after finding out either is not licensed in their state, and therefore only entitled to the principle amount borrowed? How did they react? Did they send wage garnishment to employer? Did they start hounding you down by calling your references? I'm trying to prepare myself for the worst becasue today I will be confirming the the IL Dept. of Finances & Regulations if they licensed in IL.

Cach LLC is requesting that I fork up 70% of the balance or a law suit will be filled. I can't afford to have a law suit (judgment) as I have way to many asset and transfer of properties. Any suggestion ?

We just got another settlement offer so I thought I would list the details. It is our 2nd settlement with Citibank, both have been at thirty percent. This one they are saying we are 96 days late although I know it is later than that. We had a hardship payment set up then I stopped payment on it and they didn't count the 3 months that stopped payment then they started contacting me and started counting from there. Anyway, I haven't talked to them much and a couple months ago I received a 50% settlement offer in the mail which I ignored. The other day I spoke to someone that called.
