Capital says losing 60% of house hold income doesn't qualify for hardship!! LOL....I Can't get them to understand that by losing 60% of the income we had...that I can't catch up payments.:rolleyes: I've explained to them that in order for them to get there money or at least some of it...

If you have a bank account at more than one bank and one of your accounts at one bank goes to Chex, does it affect your accounts at the other bank? I know I wouldn't be able to open an account at any other bank, but would I my account at the other banks be in jeopardy? I'm working on making sure that it doesn't happen, but I want to be informed just in case.

have been trying to work out something with B of A, but so far they are sticking at 40% over the 93 days, which is just not doable, and that is with the senior accounts "special" number that several people have shared/recommended. they did advise that if i don't set up a settlement with them, that there is a secondary department that can possibly work something out with me (may be at a bit higher %age, but can do longer terms).

i got several calls from UCB supposedly regarding an account with CITI (CITI wouldn't work at all with any sort of payment plan despite many attempts, since a portion of the account was at a low APR and therefore according to them they could do nothing until it was back at a "regular" interest rate....) i sent them a debt validation letter via certified mail, received the card that was received, and then heard nothing for a couple weeks and then 2 days ago i received in the mail a packet of copies of about the last 10 statements from CITi, but they did NOT come from UCB, they came from CITI.

How can Harvest Credit Manegment garnish my checking account when I do not know who this is or what it is for. I have never heard of this company.

Has anyone ever heard of SRS Associates? Samantha Greene and now James Andrews have called me at work to inform me an approval was granted for them to garnish my wages effective tuesday (7/20/10) for their client (atlas money online) for $995 and there is nothing i can do to stop it. This payday loan is from 2008.
