How do I get out of pay day loan 5 total mess that I have got myself in.

Somehow LRA has my cell number confused with one of their debt clients. They keep calling even though on their menu I choose the "this is not the party" they are looking for. I called the number back and got the run around. What should I do? I've had this number for years and but they are making me miserable.

I was fine yesterday...now when I press "click here to log in" nothing happens...I had no problem logging in yesterday.....I can't even get to a screen to log in...this is so frustrating.......HELP!!!!!!

I'm sure this is just another in a long line of numbers from the same scam artists I've been reading about for years. I didn't see either of these numbers in a thread on here so I'm supposing they're new. I received a call from them last week at work and they left a call back number with my boss. (I'm not sure what I did with the number they left. I looked it up on BBB and saw it was a collection scam and that was that.) So I receive a call around 11am from the (320) number and didn't pick up because it looked suspicious. They left me a message with the (315) call back number.

I am currently out of the country due to a family emergency, but saw on the Clerk of Courts website that I am being sued by Asset Acceptance LLC. I have been trying to contact them to find out who the orginal debtor is and the amount so that I can either try to settle or prepare a defense. How can I contact the Court to let them know that I am not getting any response from Asset Acceptance LLC?

I need help in what to do when I have repeatedly asked a creditor to quit calling my work and they keep calling and hanging up when I answer. Sometimes 5 times a day

I want to send wage assignment revocation letters as well as a dont call me at work letter. Advance me today wont give me an address in the US. I have a fax. Is it ok to fax them? I live in cali took out a 300 dollar loan. I am only a week and two days over due. They called me at work and threatened me and harrased me. THey even called my boss. What should I do?

You moderaters and other knowledgable people (shazzers, paulmergal, soap lady etc etc (i know i left out many names but you people know who you are) ), are doing a great justice to many ordinary folks who got caught in their debt. The info, advice and links you provide are great and I have so much respect for you guys for wanting to help other folks..without you, many many people would either be sued, would have to pay thousands in fees and would just flat out get screwed.
