I live in Maine and took a loan out with this company 2 months ago for $400, they take $120 every other week despite the fact that I keep calling and telling them I just want to pay the full balance and be done with it. I have paid a total of $480 all in interest. I need help as to what to do to get this to STOP! Please HELP!!!

I am trying to get some information on Global Group LLC and Kenwood?? Anyone have any information on them or where they are located? All I can come up with is a phone and fax number?

Hooray!!! I have now gotten rid of both my PDLs--one with PaydayOne, who marked my account paid in full; one with Magnum Cash Advance who has accepted a settlement for the principal balance ONLY and has set up a payment plan with MONEY ORDER only that I can manage (less than $100 per month, where I was forking over $600 per month). There was a slight temptation to be greedy and reply back to them demanding they mark my account paid in full, but I borrowed the money and used the money therefore I will pay back the principal.

How do I get rid of 3 payday loans totalling $2250.00- Can I close my account and walk away?

Got myself into a fine mess. We had just moved and I got two small payday loans to kind of cover some moving expenses. Long story short, now I have six. I'm more than willing to pay what I owe, but as it stands right now, I have more than 500 dollars coming automatically out of my checking account right now every two weeks and am in a constant hole.
