Are Cash Advance Network and Paycheck today the same company? I am getting ready to pursue refunds with these 2 companies and wondering what I am up against with them. Also are they both illegal lenders. Live in NJ so I know they ae not licensed here. They were both paid off loans and I want to pressure them both for refunds. With my summons, I received an affidavit from some Elizabeth Kendall. She claims to be a legal specialist and has access to records for Midland Credt Management, Inc. On the summons the Plaintiff is Midland Funding LLC. Are midland credit management and midland funding llc the same company? on my credit report it lists midland credit manangement.
