unable to find company's address does anyone know what it is?

He left left a message saying that they were a law office but the accent was so strong I could not understand the rest of the message! They called back an hour later and I answered the phone! The man said his name was Bob Martin! I asked "Bob Marlley?" "No Bob Martin." in a strong Indian accent. "Do you have a lawyer?" he asked. "Yes!" "I need his information!" "Why?" "You can talk to my manager." Another man got on the phone and asked if I had a lawyer! I asked him why and he said he was from the Los Angeles County -unintelligible- and did I know there was a case against me?

i had a payday loan with sagamore. i wrote them and said they were illegal. no license in minnesota but that i owed $250. now it appears they sold the note to a collection agency. does the collection agency have to be lincensed in minnesota? what can they do? do i owe any more to them than the original $250? should i tell them to send information to me in wrting and not do business on the phone?.

I wrote letters based on what I found on this forum and sent to the PDL companies. I also attached a copy of the PDL laws in Connecticut as they are illegal here. Green Light Funding sent me a PIF and today signmyloan.net informed me I had no balance! Things are looking up that's for sure - still waiting to hear from 3 others. hello anyone! i have 9 pdl out and some are defaulted, I want to start paying one by one but how do I get the rest to wait for me while I start paying the first one. I'm ok with paying the interest fee they charge me, I just want them to wait and not harras me everyday, I am going to pay them , I jsut can't pay all at one! please help me!!!

I received a call from Portfolio Recovery and told them I would not discuss anything with them until I received a DV letter from them. Can they still contact even though I have not received the letter? I am a bit confused as to the way it works once you request a DV from them.
