I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Florida back in 2005 after my divorce. There is a reaffirming of mortgage debt form in the papers but it's not signed by anyone and I don't recall it being discussed.
In a nutshell, I have 4 legal payday loans ranging from 300-1400. Well Check n Go online is 1,391 and they want to setup a payment arrangement however I am really flat broke. I can't afford their $600 a month payment plan, I can't even afford 1/2 of that right now.
How can I negotiate a reasonable payment plan with them that won't put me back in the same broke position with not even being able to buy food for me and my family?
Family has been trying to talk me out of filing bankruptcy but I have no other discourse or solution. Please Help soon.

I have pdls with plain green, cash central, cash net usa, speedy cash, hydra, east side lenders, united cash lenders, and western sky are they legal in MS?
I've sent email, overnight mail and sent certified letter below
Dear Plain Green
You are already aware that payday lenders Or loan companies must be licensed by the state of Mississippi in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $2000 on 05/10/2012, and have had 16 monthly withdrawals including fees and payments totaling $4510.24 debited from my account.
I was wondering Jason, if we will ever be able to get back where we get a notice sent to us that a thread we posted on has had activity.. that was a great feature that has been gone for some time, even before the platform change?
Help!! Allied Cash changed their loans to 14 days instead of paydays. I have been going there for more years than I care to figure up. I went in to pay off and reloan and they told me they had already sent my check to the bank. I put a stop payment on it because I had other checks coming through. I owe $622 plus whatever fees they plan to charge me. I am Indiana and it is storefront and legal. What do I do now? I don't have the money to pay it but am aware I owe it. I am just sick about this,
My fiancee received a collections notice from Revenue Group regarding a medical bill of $3000 from 3 years ago. I called them in hopes of providing the power of attorney forms that I have and setting up a payment plan. When I offered to e-mail or fax the POA forms, the woman told me that she didn't have e-mail and went on to discuss the debt with me and offer me a settlement. She basically took my word that I was the power of attorney for my fiancee. Wouldn't this qualify as a violation of some sort?
I took a $600 loan from a check n go store front. I made a $125 payment and defaulted. I contacted the store and they said it will be sent to check n go collections, that was 4 days ago. I contacted check n go collections on my own to set up an arraignment this morning and they said I had to pay $172 now, which I don't have but I will in 10 days. They said that's too late and my account will be transferred to a third party collections. They won't tell me any more info. I'm trying to be proactive and pay but they won't help. Is this normal? Should I worry about the 3rd party collections?
