First Source Advantage collectors are very rude they make you feel like dirt. I made a payment early this month and told them that it was all I could afford to pay and they still called me about eight or more times a day. I try not to answer the phone. When I do answer the phone I get stressed and always start crying. They have to stop treating people like trash.

I have now received an Abstract of Judgement - Civil and Small Claims letter from the county clerks office stamped lien notice with A stay of enforcment has not been ordered by the court. What does this mean? I am no longer a home owner. What can they do my assests w/ this lien notice?

Question for you guys; I know in my state, WA, it's 3 years for cc, but does that start from the date of the last payment I made? The first date it's delinquent? The date it got charged off? I'm still a little unclear, thanks in advance for your help.

my question is hace anyone had there card longer then six months. i just got my card i havent used it. i pay more then the monthly payments i wanted to no does the credit limit go higher. it did take me a month to get my card. the people told me that they report to experian every few months. i just checked my credit report they already put me down under good standing. i thought this card would be good for a person like me to rebuild your credit. my score went up 19 points since i had it.

Were they able to validate, including original signature from MBNA? Did they sue? Did you settle with the CA? What percentage did you get? Any of your experiences and advice is greatly appreciated
