what is a good settlement as they will not negotiatw with my debt settlement company and I have to ask for settlement myself?

can student loans still garnish my check and income tax if im still in school? or going back to school they told me they where going to garnish my wages and i enrolled back in school, can they still take the wages?

I have a CashCall loan that I can no longer afford to pay. I have tried to work something out with the company but they have been unwilling to do so. Does anyone have an experience with this company and do you know what happens if I just default on the loan?

Stopped paying on 6 credit cards in May...will have problem trying to come up with the money to settle them all at once. How do I decide which ones to try to negotiate with first. They are Keybank, Chase, First National Bank, Capital One, Discover, and Bank of America. Thanks!

I have a loan through loanshop that I took out in June of 09 for $400. after looking at all my bank statements, I realized that I have paid them $1957 and I am still paying!!!! Help

I recently made 5 different payday loans and am unable to pay them back, I am trying to obtain a lawyer for bankrupcy due to other debts, can these pay day loans still take me to court and can they call me or my boss at work and harass me, also can they garnish my check without contacting me first? Also I cannot find the addresses on them some of them may be from third pary companies is there a way to find there addresses. I already closed my bank account they I emailed each of them to try to make some kind of arrangement with them, I should here from them on Monday.

Hi, I have several questions and would really appreciate any help.... I am behind in several of my CC (Chase, American Express, Discover and GE Money) I was either late or pay less than minimum payment due. With GE Money, I paid on time and with minimum payment for at least couple of year until June 2010. The less than minimum went through 6/10, and I received a letter from GC Services Limited Partnership dated 6/22 asking fro the full payment and they also say in the letter "By this time you must realize that you are serviously delinquent." Earlier this week I pulled my annualcreditreport.com report and today I decided to enroll in MyFICO Quarterly for Transunion and Scorewatch for Equifax. However, while comparing the two reports. Some items are listed on one but not the other. Which report should I trust more?
