NAFS keeps calling me on a old cell phone bill from Verizon. They are saying that I owe over 350.00 more then the old bill because of interest on the account.....But other then the letter they sent they have not sent anything to back that up. I also think that being the account is from 2003 the SOL is way over with..

Every friday for the last month or so I have come home to an automated phone message from RAB saying that a "p martin" from RAB is trying to collect a debt. they refer to me by my last name only (Ms. xxxxxxx) and leave no information that can help me figure out if this is legitimate. I have no known debts. They do not even leave a return phone number, so I'm trying to figure out if the this is legitimate and maybe someone's stolen my identity.

Hi Nelly, I just received a letter from Advanta saying they are submitting my unpaid credit card account to their legal department for possible judgment. I'm trying to settle multiple credit card debts, have not paid for 3 to 4 months. The Advanta balance is only $4,600. They included a sample legal complaint for a court somewhere. It seems like a threat. They wouldn't really sue, would they? They say they want me to work with them toward a solution.

Ameriloan 500FastCash DiscountAdvances I read on here that an email (a form letter posted by a member whose name escapes me at the moment) sent to them was just as good as a mailed letter. Then I saw a post today (cannot find again.....there are just too many) that said a letter should be sent registered with certified receipt. That does make more sense to me. Can't they just say they did not receive the email, or emails, if I choose to resend?

This Company has not deposited any money into my account but they have made several debits! I just found out and I am going to my bank on Monday to find out what I can do. They have made several large debits from my account which is now overdrawn over 500 dollars. Could someone please tell me how to get in touch with this company?!

I was served on Tuesday, June 22nd. It stated that I had 20 days to respond. I just got notice from my company that they are going to start garnishing my wages on next Friday's paycheck. How do I stop this, short of filing bankruptcy? I have an appt set for Wed. the 30th with a bankruptcy laywer. Any suggestions??

back in november i got a two hundred dollar loan from them. Ever since then they have taken 89 dollars out of my bank account every two weeks i really dont know what to do because like others i have read every time i have called them they do not answere the phone what should i do and is there any way i can get all of that money back.

The Bureau ( as they like to be called) was able to get an false judgement on me after I went bankrupt and was discharged. The debt was with Wells Fargo and was for a line of credit for the Corperation of Go Express,Inc as a signing officer and the financial party, they came after me. This is totaly Go Express Inc debt. Was never properly served I was never served at all. Can they do this. I was not aware of this judgement until tryed to get credit and was deny. Kept trying to get the Experian to look at my papers and to have the light go on & read & see that this was put on after discharge.
