That's $400 a month. They told me that unless I could set of payments of $500 a month they would not accept my payment offer, but that I could go online or mail in a money order for however much I wanted to.

I filed bankruptcy 3 years ago I called to have my vehicle reafirmed but they never did it. I've consistantly made car payments but am now in a situation where I am going to have to let the car go. The debt is not on my credit report. what will happen if I let the car be repoed

I made a payment to them and now I'm out of a job. I called to see if I could postpone future payments for one month. After that the supervisor pretty much went off on me. Luckily I knew to expect this and simply got off the line ASAP. So I'd like to know what I can do now. I realize I should have had them validate the debt, but is it too late? Should I pay them anyway as I can? I made it clear to him that I was not refusing to pay, but that I need more time this month. Of course he said I am refusing to pay, blah blah blah. Seeking advice...
