i would like to know how to negotiated wiht a lender?

I have paid them 100 dollars a month for over a year. Half of that is going straight to attorey fees. Not a single creditor of mine has been contacted or paid... Expect a medical bill. The hosital also served me with a civil summons and judgement has come against me for two debts since being in their program. My wages have been garnished. The only legal assistance they gave me was write an answer to a civil summons (formatted incorrectly) and nothing else. When I called bc they idnt contact the opposing council for me or take in other action, I was told oh you can expect to lose...

How do you find out if they are licensed in my state?

I am a disabled Vet. West Asst, management has garnished my small disability check for a Sallie Mae Student Loan. I have sent them proof and verification over and over, they always respond with reasons they cant accept my paper work. I recently sent them a copy of (not my 100% disability), but a letter stating that I am 100% unemployable. Under section II, item three of the Disability Discharge Application, there is no other supporting documentation required with Unemployability, but yet it seems they are more concerned with collecting money than helping.

Recently my fathers friend was talking to me about how he got out of debt and said he used the website " killyourdebt.org " and it was free for him. I signed up and after the 2nd page they called me and seemed legit and are going to get back to me but just wondering if anyone had any experience with them before. THanks for the help.

I got a PRIVATE CALL from a process server and said he was trying to serve me with papers for a pending court date. I called the number he left and it took me to UCR litigation services...I spoke with a Mrs Davis (who told me to quit playing games she didnt have time for that) and she would not give me any information about the case number given to me so I would not give her any of my information as well.

Hi, i'm feeling very panicked. I have a mental plan for purchasing an engagement ring I know I can afford. I have enough for a great down payment and enough to to fulfill the 1 year plan the jewelery store offers in probably 9 months, so even better. My concern is actually applying. Up until recently, I had no revolving credit. I got two new low limit cards from cap 1 and orchard bank, but they won't even start reporting until july 1. So that may not help me. I have 3 old collections, paid, that i've had no luck in deleting via good will letters.

I took out a loan from united cash I owe them 280 I have tried work something out with a payment plan they won't take anything under 50 about a month ago. Iam broke and I am trying to pay off my other loans which I am making progress. I got tired of dealing with them so I put them on hold. Now some law frim in california I think is suing me saying that they will contact the sheriff and all mthis other stuff. they metioned credit report etc. It was hard to hear there was so much back ground noise.
