state of ky what happens if you dont pay a paid day loan

please help answer as fast as anybody can.... what happens if you dont pay back a loan in state of kentucky like a pay day loan

Ok, so I keep reading that once you've paid the principal on your loan, technically they can't ask for anymore. I don't know how accurate this is, or how I'd go about stopping my pdl from debiting from my account if it is true. I have been in a cycle with two pdl's since last august, getting one to cover the other..etc, etc. so....I've got to the point where I have both at the same time..and I can't cover the fees and pay down the loans. I'm afraid i won't be able to pay towards my car too. I have paid over $1000 extra in fees over what i've actually borrowed from both lenders.

Has anyone worked with The Debt Answer? If so, what is your experience with them?

FYI I got a notice in the mail re: my BofA card today. They are amending their arbitration clause and basically removing it. It can no longer be used to resolve collection disputes. This is, I assume, a widespread change to the card program and maybe all of BofA accounts. I am still current on my BofA card, with no missed payments.

I had insufficient funds for a few days when I was supposed to make my last payment on a debt settlement. When I called a day later to ask them why they had not taken the money out of my account, they told me I was kicked out of the program and now I owed the original amount. I worked really hard to pay them over 1,200.00 over the course of 3 months. Now what do I do?

Hi everybody I had a $50K debt with BofA. I'm currently in a pay of program with 4.25% interest rate. I have left $37k more but it's going harder and harder. I'm current with my payments. Want to start a settlement conversation with them. Do you have any suggestions what should I do. Thanks

I have to pay each month a debt that is not mine but is in my name.what can i do if the person nolonger want to pay.

Hello I posted before but I can not find it. So if anyone has seen this before I apoligize. This morning I closed my checking account at BOA and they told me that they could not stop any ach for hitting my account. I have 4 payday loans and 1 installment loan.
