I sent letters last week to Ameriloan, cashnetusa, paydayone, and pack management llc . They were all supposed to take money from my acct today and they did not. Could it really be that easy? What is going to happen next? Im a little scared...no has even called me!!!

I have signed up with a debt settlement company, and I was wondering if Ive done the right thing. They are not very responsive to phone calls, I have given them banking imformatin and they have gotten it wrong. Can I get out, and if so am I better with credit relief, or a consolidation program.

Just an FYI. As of today 6/4/2010 - Cashnetusa will not be lending in the State of Arizona. I am not sure what laws changed I am still trying to research as CNU didnt update their website yet. I went in to check my status and confirm payoff - there was a denial letter on my homepage. I chatted with them to ask why and she said due to changes in the laws they would not be lending to AZ any longer. She said they are in the process of updating their website This I guess is a good thing for our state. I never had any issues with them regarding any loans. Thanks T

99% sure this is an attempt to scam me but want to make sure. I recieved a voicemail at home and my work v-mail from CRS stating I had 24 hours to contact them and make arrangements for a bad check or a summons would be issued for check fraud. I know FDCPA backwards and forwards and realized this is a HUGE violation. I called them today to ask what this was regarding. They stated it was for a PDL taken out 8/2009 and was charged off 6/2009! I asked how that was actually possible and they sad they didn't know. They said it was thru together cash but wouldn't provide any contact info.

I currently have 3 storefront payday loans in missouri. Advance America for $178.50 I renewed several times from the original amount of I believe $400.00, Loan N Go for $354.00 I have renewed several times on this one as well. Finally Speedy Cash for $117.00 and I have not renewed this one at all. Like everyone else I fell into the horrible payday loan trap and just trying to keep up with paying interest plus $25 are causing me to get behind on other bills. I just want to know what is the best way to handle getting them paid off?

I was interested to see that there were major issues with Palisade's tactics as I found they were using illegal tactics with me. An old (2003) AT&T bill I disputed was picked up by them. When I called, the rep attempted to get my bank informations telling me that she could not talk to me until she had that information. I threatened her with a complaint and only then would she discuss the bill. She claimed she had to talk to her supervisor and then cam beack with a settlement offer that was unacceptable to me.

I know it's not guaranteed but what is the best approach to get a paid in full but derogatory account deleted from CR before 7 years is up?
