Can the irs garnish money from my crediy card?

Hello friends, i'm hoping to get some advice on how to handle multiple payday loans that I took out to pay a portion of my tuition (I have bad credit, and couldn't get a real loan). Now I'm in a situation where my bank account is severely overdrawn, and I'm expecting all of these companies to try to withdraw money. The hole just keeps getting bigger and I feel like there's nothing I can do to plug it.

What steps do I need to take to and in what order should I take them to start the process of getting myself out of the pdl trap?

I am dealing with ACR- Advanced credit recovery, https://www.acrnf.com/index.html, which is located in upstate NY- 6000 N. Bailey Avenue Suite 1E Amherst, NY 14226 (last location i could find... also listed in Niagra falls, but its always tough with these types! i sent a validation letter to both addresses to be safe). They are attempting to collect on a PDL that I tried to settle (paid all principal, demanded PIF, PDL ignored and attempted to debit ACH, got it reversed, never heard from them again nor did they respond to BBB).

If a person receives a complain and in lieu of filing an answer files a motion to dismiss for failure join indispensable parties. Depending on the outcome can the person file another motion for improper venue or should all motions be file at once?

A payment of 390.00 is scheduled to be debited from my checking acct tom. for a payday loan i received. Can I pay back a percentage of this debt over several payday or will 390 need to be paid back in full tom?

one of the employees where i work(i wasn't in) got a call and said i needed to call back immediately. he said he was officer ricky williams at 561-594-0659. anyone recognize that number? officer? i have just sent out letters to illegal pdls.

I live in Washington State. I have 2 liens on a house I am trying to sell: 65,000 to BECU and 11,000 from Bishop Marshall White. This house is about to be foreclosed on (in 2 months). I now have an offer ($355,000) that will allow me to pay the 1st in full, but not the second. The problem is this $11,000 lien- which they already garnish my wages for. My realtor heard what BECU usually does, but I'm worried about this $11,000 lien.
