I am in trouble I have payday loans that i can no longer afford to pay back. Does any one have any suggestions on what i should do?

Tried working with Citibank, kept offering 35%, they kept refusing. On March 25th (6 mo late) my account went to their recovery unit. When they called I once again offer 35% (all I have) and the guy said he needed a post dated check for April 10th or they would not take my offer serious. I said No Way! Have not heard a peep since! I have no job in fact can never work again. What is going on?

Received a letter from HR regarding that my wages will be garnished in the next couple of weeks. Is it too late to call the collecting agency or the lender where my student loan was serviced? I noticed their was a question on consolidating student loans that are in default but could not consolidate a student that was already up for wage garnishment, is this correct? I filled out a student consolidation form with Direct Loans, should have done this sooner but waited too long. Was filling out the form a waste of my time? Is it also too late to appeal to court for hardship as well.

My spouse and I had credit cards from Washington mutual. (2 accounts). they offered we took, had low limits and we paid on time so they raised the limit. then well things went bad I got hurt, lost my job and my husbands hours were cut. I called the credit card company to cancel both cards and was told I couldn't unless I could pay the entire amount on the cards right then. at that point we were at half of our credit limit on both cards. So we cut up the cards and made payments when we could.

2 questions: 1) I???m trying to determine what exactly an indispensable person is? Example: if 3 owners of a business signed a note and personally guaranteed the note but only one of the guarantors was served would the other individuals be considered indispensable parties to the suit? 2) If the a business sign a note and is insolvent and hasn't resided in the county where the debt was originated for over 12 months, Is that cause for a motion to dismiss because of improper venue?
