what all can you include in a debt consolidation?

How common is it to be sued by creditors? Does anyone know the precentage?

Please help. I have had this debt since probably 05. I had a credit card life happened ect. I tried to make arrangements to pay 25 to 50 dollars a month or atlease pay less than what I owed and they always denied. I didn't keep good records because I had never dealed with a company so dirty. I got a summons. I thought it was fake. Stupid I know. Then I found out they won a judgement against me last year. I have left it alone due to the fact that I simply don't have the money to pay.

i have been getting hassled for a couple of years by regent,there was a debt to us bank that was debatable. now these guys are threatening to sue me for 4x the debt and when i asked them to send me verification i didn't hear from them for 6 months and then get a letter threatening to sue me,still with no verification.what can i do,oh also i checked my credit report and nothing from them was on it

I would like to take all of my bills whether they be auto insurance or utility bills and dredit card bills and utilize them into one lump sum.

Hello All: I am trying to figure out how the cc companies are determining number of days past due. Is it from the time you made your last payment or from the time your last payment that you skipped was due? Some are telling me we are 150 and I am only showing like 120. Thanks and best to all!

I am filing a small claims agaisnt the owner who sold me a lemon back in 2006 as the car need way more repairs than the lisred "as is" which didn't state that anything was even wrong with the truck besides it being older. I went into default with the finance company in 2007; was making small payments in which we both agreed on and I did fail to make a few payments, but they still accepted and cashed my checks when I did send payment. Now the dilemma is in 11/09 they sent over to collection agency for payment.
