just woundering if anyone knows anything about this. i've been approached by 2 diffrent people now while shopping at walmart. they both had a similar spiels, but neither one would acually tell me what they were trying to do unless i agreed to meet with them. wich i didnt. they ask me if i am looking for work (i dont know i guess i look homeless j/k), but i say sorry i do have a full time job. the last "couple" introduced me to his fiance as they pushed around their cart full of stuff.

what do you do..i borrowed money from payday loans i want to pay it back but i got in over my head. i'm leary of closing my bank account but that seems to be the only way to change things. right now i'm pay ing back about $700 a month, just to stay even. i have five pay day loans totalling about $1600.

I received a summons for a credit debt in May 2009. I contacted the attorney for the creditor, worked out a settlement, and paid the settlement. The attorney advised that they would contact the court. I also submitted an answer to court advising that the matter had been settled. I have two letters from the attorney, one advising of the settlement agreement and that they would notify the court and another advising that the matter has been settled. Yesterday, May 14, 2010 I received a notice from the court for a Preliminary Conference.

Hello - i live in SC - i am at a loss as to what to do - i have taken out internet payday loans to 'get caught up' and the result is disasterous..... THe compainies are attempting to take out the amount prior to my payday deposit, resulting in my account becoming overdrawn before my check is even deposited.

I also got a voice mail at my work stating that they are trying to serve me to go to court. It was going to be done either at my house or my job. A Bobby said that I could call 877-287-6575 and find out what the action is before I was served if I wanted to, but I would be contacted within 48 hours. Does anyone know this number or has anyone been served with papers after getting a call from this number?

Ok, so my bank won't shut my account down, they can't . . .i have sent the revocation letters and tried to show them to my bank (she doesn't care to see them) I have to go down and dispute the charges and pay the NSF's for the rest of my life, they will not hard freeze the account even when I said there is illegal activity going on my account. She informed me that I owe this debt and its not illegal, i informed her that i revoked their rights and it is now illegal . . she doesn't get it . .
