I stumbled upon this forum looking for yet another payday loan to pay of payday loans. I started reading the blogs and realized that I am in payday loan hell and the last thing I need to do is try to get more. reading through everyones stories has made me feel at least a tiny bit better knowing I'm not alone. I am horribly ashamed and unable to keep up with my bills or even buy food. I now believe there is hope. I've been through payday loan consolidation firms before but I don't think that is the way to go.

Im receiving calls from FAMS and they are threatening to garnish my wages... I took out a student loan and now Im done with college. I live by myself and have a lot of bills.... I'm over my head and don't know how to surface. I know you can't pay a loan with no income. That's kind of my issue right now. My husband is in school, using his GI Bill from his military service. We have two young children under 2 and I stay at home with them because 1) I prefer them to have a parent with them and 2) all my salary would be going to daycare if I was working. So... that said.

Today I received a lovely fax from Nationwide stating all of my account information for everyone to read. The fax talked about check fraud and lawyers... etc. I emailed a reply requesting that Nationwide NOT fax or call me at work. I defaulted on my loan with them last week. We have played voicemail tag for a few days after they said that the $575 in fees wouldnt count towards the principle amount owed. Taheerah Talib is the callers name. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I have 5 payday loans through Ameriloan, Oneclickcash, Loanpoint, Redstone and Mycash now. I'm declareing bankruptcy soon and want to know if these can be included in the bk. I've paid them all way beyond the principal balances and 25 % usary rates. They were all taken out with the last 90 days. I live in NY. Please help!
