I need some help. I only have 2 PDL one from Money Mutual for $400 they said the pay back would be $520. I have had that loan since November of last year, they take out $120.00 every 2 weeks. Then I have Amscot for 560.00 that I have to pay then re take out every 2 weeks just to try to keep my bills from falling past due. How do I stop this? Thanks

Okay this is my last one and they are being stinkers. The day before charge off last month the guy was so rude that I said fine - I'm filing for bankruptcy you are leaving me with no choice. I gave him the attorney information and of course they quit calling. A few weeks later I called to see if I could actually get a settlement and they said it was in the bk unit and would take a week to get out of there and then I could call back. During this time the account charged off. I called back in and was told I had to talk to a specific person in the Recovery Department.

how many people have gotten sued by a collections agend or credit card company? can that really happen?

I have four different pay day loans out.. I know I should've never gotten the first. But I am considering using Destination Debt Solutions to help me repay. Is that a good option? And they are threatenting to have me arrested for "theft by decepcion"? Can they do that?

do they pay off all your bills like even a car payment?

I have a loan with zip19.com. i can't afford it anymore. what would happen i had the debit that they take from my account returned unauthorized. could they press charges on me. And they also made me fill out a wage attachment form and I no longer work for the company. Can they do anything about that?

If I successfully get an itemed removed from my credit report. Can the creditor put it back on. In other words, what prevents unethical collection agencies from contuining to put items back on. Or does the credit bureau remember that it was taken off once and to not put it on again. For example, I had a cash advance company removed the balance owed was wrong. Who's to say they don't try and put it back on my credit report.

I'd like to know the connection between Midland Funding and Mann Bracken.

Can anyone advise me on what to do..I am really stressed about this. I am trying to settle my BofA..they will call in 4 wks June 1st..b/c I will be more delinquent and the person I am working with really thinks I have a good chance of getting a 15% settlement on 57,000. Sounds too good to be true but I am going to shoot for the stars on this one and hope for the very best. I guess I am so hopeful b/c this CSR is being so helpful and encouraging for whatever reason. In the meantime, I am dealing with Advanta and it will charge off May 18th.
