I was given a summons a few days ago and I have been doing research into what I should say in my reply. I did notice a few odd things on it, for instance at the top it lists cach llc as plaintiff and me as defendant but on the other side it has NO. and Summons. Neither of which have any numbers or anything else written. It has sections I II III IV and V. In section II it says[ I'm believed to be a married individual and as such incurred the below referenced separate and community obligation. Defendant resides in King county.] What kind of bs is this?

Wow, let me just say, this site has been very helpful for the last year! But now I need help again and I can't seem to find an answer!!!!!! Here is a recap. I live in California. I received a $700 loan from Eastside Lenders. I paid all but $140 of it. I found out they were unlicensed and that they had violated California's laws on payday loans. One being that they gave me a loan for $700 when California's max is $300. Either way, I feel I owe the last $140 and I would like to pay them.

We have 4 PDL's in Ohio. National Cash Advance, Ace Cash Express, Checksmart. With Ohio's new laws what are they following. One gave is 800.00..I thought they could only do 500.00 now? Is there anyway to default without losing our bank account? How many times will they send the check / ACH through? I know on one at least I can revoke ACH, but the ones with actual checks I'm not sure how to stop that.
