I think I made a mistake,payday loan yes called me I too got so screwed up,I called Oak view law group and they said they would handle it for a 150 dollars a month and get a settlement offer.to date no offer but the date is fast coming for their first payment,what are my options.

what is it and when should it be sent? or is it even necessary after payments are missed?

As clearly indicated in its website disclaimers and the loan documents executed by you.Great Sky Cash LLC is a wholly Native American owned limited liability company. The website clearly identifies its location within the exterior boundaries of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, a sovereign Native American Nation.

Hello all, I'm wondering if it is better to negotiate with a CA to get the account on my credit report as 'Pay for Delete' meaning after I settle they will remove the account or to let the record stand and have it remarked as 'Paid in Full/As Agreed'? I've heard that it is very bad to have a collections account on your report no matter what the status is which is why I'm leaning towards getting a Pay for Delete but wouldn't it look wrong on my part if all you saw was the original creditor's account and it said 'Charged off/Bad Debt' but not account saying that balance was paid? I'm not sure
