hello, I'm now making an attempt to pay half my capitol one credit card. I made a phone call to capitol one and was referred to a legal recovery service law office located in San Diego that will be handling this. So I called the # they gave me and the gentlemen there said I could make two payments to completely pay it off. Gave him info to what occupation I did for a living and knew the place where I was working. So he said i could mail off a money order but to call him to give him the tracking # but I called the # for a week and got a voice mail machine.

I have found the addresses and filed complaints for the other 2 payday loans I have. I am still looking for SDS Processing. I found this on the BBB website: 230 Northland Blvd Suite 309 Cincinnati, OH 45246 Owner: Ms. Debbie Sferrazza The company is registered as a mortgage broker. Is this the right company? We have a payment agreement in place with a collecton agency ~they took us to court last year and we were very intimadated and were bullied into agreeing on paying for $7000 towards an old $5800 debt without even seeing the validation of debt that we had requested in writing . A judgement shows up on our CR however the court papers say that a judgment is not to be executed unless we do not make the agreed upon $100 per month payment. We have done this each month ahead of time.

LPUSA COLLECTIONS deducted from my account $320.00. what is the shocker is, i havent used a payday loan in over a year and im sure they were paid off and this is a different bank that im using now. i filed a dispute with my bank and closed my account. how could this have happened and who is LPUSA collections.

Thought I would ask the group for anybody's success stories re: PIF & refunds from internet PDL'S. I'm going to start harrassing the living daylights out of the illegal internet PDL's (I live in KY) for PIF responses & hopefully refunds. I think everybody here could really benefit from personal stories of success. As you all know, we have all been thru PDL hell & some of those who are just starting out could use a word of encouragement that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel that is NOT a freight train.

I have been getting calls from Allied Interstate. I do not owe any dept, but a relative has used my home address and phone number on their credit card. Now they have been calling a lot every day. I need this to stop but I do not want to answer my phone and get in a shouting match with them. What should I do?

I'm not in default. Im still in school but currently my installment debt is 25k. Im probably going to take out another 4k or so and call it quits altogether. Im going to quit school after that as well. I understand the grace period of 6-9 months and actually do plan to pay off my student loans and not end up like many people on here trying to avoid it and ruin their credit for good. in fact, my credit was always sort of on the bad side but never over 1-2k total. now im in debt only 500.00 from non-student loans.
