Please don’t judge me, I already know I am an No You are not!! I took an installment loan from Spot Loan. I made three payments. I now realize, I cannot continue to make the payments. The initial loan amount was for $800. I have made three payments, of $135.00. I don’t seem to be making a dent in the interest rate! I don’t even know if installment loans are legal in my state. I am in Pennsylvania! I don’t know if I should I just take another installment loan to be able to make the payments? On the current loan, just to stay current with the payments.

I received a call from a 'so-called' attorney out of CA yesterday about a loan from VIP loan shop from 7/11. I need to see how much I have paid them back. He informs me that I am the defendant in a law suit and wants to know if I can be served papers at work for breach of contract. He says that if I pay the balance he can submit paperwork to the state for motion of forfeiture. I live in the state of FL. Is this legit? Can I be sued for this balance? If not, how can I get them to stop harassing me?

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. I received a notice from mypaydayloan.com stating that my account has defaulted for non-payment of my bad check and has been reported to Contribution, a service of SCAN. Being listed in this service prevents check writing at major retailers, such as wal-mart, target, etc. Once reported with will make applingy for checking/savings accounts at financial institutions nearly impossible. Is this correct? I am freaking out a bit. I didn't think payday loans would report to check writing places like SCAN.

Not only is it annoying but it is offering crappy links. You hit payday loans and it takes you pay day consolidations which we do NOT recommend. With people with so many illegal loans, sending them to this link is misleading and just plain wrong. How about linking it up with the proper information??

I am wondering who this guy is who called me.. He said that his name is Dameon Johnson and that he was getting ready to start to process papers on me for court ..and that it was real important that I call this number to get in touch with the plaintiff before that takes place..I had a loan with 500 FC and usfastcash and sent them request for overpayments..They have yet to stop calling, they will stop then start back up again..This guy (Dameon) was actually speaking English..(thats what is concerning to me) Anyone know what this is all about????

Hi everyone, I'm 26 and looking to repair some of my bad debt. I made some mistakes when I was younger and looking to get myself on the right track. My Fico score is currently 632 via Equifax. I have 2x open credit card accounts with perfect payment history (although one card is currently over utilized, but I will bring that down ASAP) totaling about 1.8k and about 10k in school loans (mostly perfect payment history). I have 2x bad debts on my account that are in collection. One at ~1k and one at 350.

Hello everyone, I took out a loan from VIP cash in April, and I have made payments, but I was only making payments on the interest. I have taken loans out from them before, and paid hundreds of dollars in interest fees, and I could not do it again. I found out they were an illegal payday lender in my state, I sent them the e-mail that was posted on the forums, changed my bank account, and told them to respond. I did not hear anything from them. I sent another email, no response.

I'm trying to figure out if GetCash USA is legal in Ohio? They have a page of "licenses" on their website with many different state licenses, Ohio included, but don't they need to have a storefront in OH to be legal?
