I overall have a great experience to share, when i had a question about anything, i always called in the office and got the answers that i needed. I think it was my fourth month and my dog got sick. The vet bill was outrageous and I was panicking. I called my " person" at Preferred and the wre able to move my payment back without any penalties. In addition, they were very niiice about it which i appreciated very much. The way that they handled it goes miles with me. I'm still in the program, still doing well, I never get creditor calls or anything like that.
