I have been dealing with chase for 6 mos. and at one point I had a repayment plan with them with zero percent interest but due to an unexpected hospital surgery I missed a payment over 30 days. The immediately raised my interest and took me off the program. As a result they tack on over limit fees and late charges taking my payment per month to over $463, which I can not pay. I live in colorado and currently have 3 internet payday loans (Cash Transfer Centers $720, One Click Cash $300, Great Sky Cash -formerly fastwirecash $420 (not including fees)). I am trying to consolidate my payday loans myself. I have had these loans for over 3 years, and have been paying them above the maximum finance rate posted for colorado during all 3 years.

So, 2 months ago. I got a call from my bank (CHASE) that a $200 transaction was made. I told them I had no reasons to gamble and that the time that it was spent, I was already asleep for work. My bank took quick actions by cancelling my debit card, sending me a brand new one with new acct. #, and refunding my money. I signed a contract that says my case will have a investigation and if it does fail. I will owe $200 back. I was totally fine with it because I knew I didn't do anything wrong. Well, today, after 2 months.

I own 10K to Citi bank, late 11 months, and is in some collection agency. They offer to settle for $4500 but insist that I make some form of payment first to citibank before the sending the written settlement agreement? Should I do this? Or should I keep insisting having the written agreement sent to me? I am afraid that If I keep holding out I may get sued. Thanks

How do I get a copy of what they say I owe when they keep telling me to comtact the attorrney who is never there.

I own a 2 fam house in NJ. I rented out my basement which is "unregistered" to someone. He moved out after 2 months on his own. Then he threatened to sueme for back rent after he left. I told the judge the truth that I did rent to him and the case got dismissed since no official violations were issued. He said he was going to persue this and go after me again. What can I do? Times were hard and I know I shouldn't have rented it plus he trashed my beautiful finished basement apt :(

NATIONAL AFFIDAVIT PROCESSING DIVISION calls and threatens you with legal action saying they are calling because a company is threatening to file criminal charges against you. THEY ARE PHONY. I asked for the company they represent and they refused to tell me the name of the parent company. which by Law I am entitled to. When I told them I knew the law they then gave it to me. VISION ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP is a fake company.

Ok im in a really bad situation. Payday loans have caused my account to go negative more than i can pay back and the bank has froze/closed my account. I have direct deposit and tax return coming which i really need. What should i do. I got a letter in the mail saying i need to pay my bank but i cant because my paychecks arent going through or its not enough to pay it back. I have about i think 6 outstanding pdl, how do i get them to stop debiting my account? Whats the next step for me to do?
