I'm trying to make a payment to star cash, How can I contact them?

Your company deposited $350.00 into my account which was unauthorized, I did not apply for this laon and I did not sign any contract, i have contacted my bank to have these funds returned to you. What you have done is fraud and i want an explanation for this

I am looking at Debt Settlement Companies but I don't know who to believe. I can't keep on making the minimum payments on my cards and I am not getting anywhere. What should I do?

My question is I have several payday lenders calling me for past loans stating that I defaulted on them years ago and now legal action has been filed against me. There is so many and I can't keep up with payment arrangements as I don't have the funds I can't be sure I actually owe. What can I do?

What happens if the debt is not validated by the C/A within the 30 days and then 60 days later you receive paperwork :evil:from the original creditor saying they have written off the debt?

...This company is "allegedly" a shakedown operation...They have been attackiing me regarding another's delinquent Bank of America account...I've spoken to reps...Sent them a copy of my drivers license...provided them with my SSN #...DON'T pay them ANYTHING!!...KJM can take me to court...Don't mind as long as your willing to pay damages...
