I have three pay day loans that i got online. Found out all through the same place. Due to unauthorized access to my checking account I closed my account. I emailed them asking for an address to send money orders in so many installements. I recieved a phone call back and was told they will only take debit card and did not have an address. I waited for them to mail me a bill so I could get an address and they have not. Today I recieved a phone call from someone making threats. They said I would see the face of the court if I did not return the phone call. I did and I recorded it.

i received two letters today from afni for two diff debts. one for att and one for verizon. they are both over 5 yrs old and not even on my credit report. one says i owe over 1900 but they will settle for 50. that makes no sense. and on that one i had it removed from my credit report years ago due to my phone was stolen and i called and cancelled service on it right away, however they did not turn it off and the thief ran up over 2500 in a weekend.

I have two Chase ccs; one is over 100 days late and the other is about 60 days late. I have spoken with Chase a few times only on the one 100 days late; but have been getting numerous calls on my cell and home phone (I suspect regarding both cards - but they don't leave msgs). When I call them, is it better to discuss both accts with the same CSR or should I try to handle each card separately since the delinquent time varies? Thank you.

Today I had Erica Wilson call me at work to let me know that she was a processor server and was coming to my job or home this afternoon. She gave me a reference # and a phone number to call. The first thing I did was call my court house to check if there was anything in my name. Of course there wasn't. Then I called the number and spoke with a Michael Burke. I talked to him for a bit and told him I needed something from the company in reference to the pdl.

I was in the rehabitation program and was one payment late. They kicked me out of program for this but allowed me too get back in the program for an extended 6 months evaluation. Well, they took my tax refund, which paid off what i owed. I not upset about the money. But is really trying hard to clean up credit and is concern on how bad thats going to affect my credit score?

Capital one is a creditor for an original loan of 2000, actually claiming payment of over $6000, as you see mostly interest. They want me to return the car, but if I do, they will option it lets say for $2000 perhaps and will end up with a debt of 4000. I try to work with them to pay debt with taxes in 2 payments asking them to reduce debt. Even offering them to pay all with taxes returned, they won't accept it. I am worried, because I am unemployed, have 2 children, and I can't just give all the money, the only thing I am waiting, to give to Capital One. Please advise me.

I have a car loan with hsbc auto. got behind and the loan was out for repo. I still have the car and have made payments on the car since october above the monthly payment. but they just said the car was charged off and I have to pay it in full or give up the car.

I am 116 days late and I am in 3rd party collections with Allied Interstate. I tried to call GE Directly today and they would discuss my account, they referred me to Allied Interstate. I called them to settle and they said the lowest they can go is 50%. they said if I paid $89.00 it would take me out of 3rd party collections and then I could talk to GE directly and try to settle with them.

I originally filed a Chapter 13 July 3, 2003 when I stupidly thought that I could pull myself out of this mess by doing so. It was dismissed in 2006 and I ultimately filed a Chapter 7 April, 2006 and had my Chapter 7 discharged in July, 2006. Does the Chapter 13 stay on my credit report for ten years even though it was dismissed? It says Date Filed/Reported: 7/3/2006 then it says Status: Dismissed then it says Closing Date: 10/6/2006 so I am not sure when it would come off my credit report. Many thanks!
