I am new to the site. What are DTCC points and how are they earned?

Hello, I don't know if this is the correct place for this... I just left the Monmouth Court today... this was about my 4th motion/answer to vacate a default judgment gotten by Pressler & Pressler. 1. I showed where I'd moved 22 months prior to service 2. I showed where I'd filed a change of address (CoA). 3. I showed a utility bill that coincided with the CoA.. 4. I showed where P & P did not know where (state) the debt originated. 5. I showed where P & P did not have a contract to show purchase of debt from the bank. 6. I showed where P & P attempted to collect illegal fees. 7.

in this day in age everyone and everybody is going to bad mouth each other to get your business. 95% of settlement companies ARE rip offs and 5% truly want to help.

Has anyone had experience with Prestige Financial Solutions. I also want to settle my debt, but I have no clue which company is good. All I've heard is that just about all of them are bad. Has anyone out there had a good experience with these companies?

I am completely panicked about our stupid home loan modification that is supposively "going through" since August with Aurora Loan services. I have posted on this before. They told me the other day that they are required to give us a status update any day. We are really needing this to go through. I am however, worried about defaulting on our credit cards and then for whatever rhyme or reason they find out and it jeaopardizes them giving us the loan mod.

While I was on the phone today with BofA, I was reminded of the fact that my $45,000 debt with them is not a "credit card," like a normal, actual "card" account. It's an unsecured loan which is amortized--pretty much like a car loan (or mortgage). It was set up a few years ago for a fixed time, with a fixed rate, and my payments at the beginning were mainly interest--I won't flip over to paying mostly principle until later in the loan. Has anyone ever had success settling this kind of a loan? As with everything financial these days, I'm wracked with paranoia and panic.

I'm getting calls on my cell phone from US Fast Cash every single day now, sometimes two to three times a day. I thought I had ended all communication with them last time but it seems that they are trying to get me to pay again. What do I need to send them to see how much I borrowed and how much I paid? I don't want to admit I owe the debt because I don't think I do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone - I'm just starting on the road to settlement. I have quiet a bit of debt and it's getting very difficult to manage. These are the ones I want to deal with first: Capital One CC $14,000 Chase CC $ 22,000 Chase CC $1,200 The ones I may keep paying: Capital One Unsecured Loan $21,000 BofA CC $7,000 Discover CC $10,000 Two of my cards, BofA and Discover, have not jacked me around by hiking my interest rates or minimum payments and I am going to try to keep paying those minimums are they are reasonable and affordable.

I live in Washington State. I was served a 'summons' by Suttell and Associates. I went thru the judicial process and was shocked at the lack of consumer protection laws in Washington State....so I wrote my Legislatures, Senators, Governor and our Attorney Generals Office (as well as a couple of additional gocernment agencies and media agencies).
