Hello, I just recently received an email from payday-loan-yes which I'm pretty sure is the $300 loan I took out with Fast Cash. Their phone # is 800-550-6051. The question I have is are they licensed anywhere? I live in PA I know that in PA that if a Loan Company is licensed in another state then you have to go by that state's laws, otherwise it's an illegal lender. They were willing to work out a payment plan. I'm asking because the email stated that I needed to pay back $540.00 but if they are not licensed anywhere then I only owe the principle.

To sum it up, a quote from a Local business paper out here said, "Take off those rose-colored glasses when it comes to commercial real estate - and put them away at least for a while. While observers see signs of an improving residential real estate market, many said commercial real estate could face an even more challenging 2010, including foreclosures and falling sale prices." I need to pay an agency for a loan I co-signed that is in default. They offered a settlement of $3100 on a $4800 student loan. Should I trust them?

I have 8 student PRIVATE student loans, totally, more than $150,000 which are in default and will probably grow as they take on the fees. I am 60 years old right now, and probably for the rest of my life, I will make very limited income, doing babysitting or other none w2 wage earning type jobs. My long time significant other pays all the household bills. I do not own a home and have no savings. I have been trying to pay the miniumuns on these loans but now my money has dried up. I understand that private loans can garnish your wages.

The only proof of my debt they have supplied with my summons was a bank of america statement with myh name on it. don't they need more than that? i went to court and they did not show so I was given another date. I called the attorney that was representing cach llc and they told me that was all the proof they needed. I thought the cach had to show proo they owned the debt from bank of america, someone told me send them a verification of debt request, my court date is in a few weeks.

Bonnie L Canty EASILY took my payments but once I was short on a few payments that all changed! Now they are keeping my payments of 300 per month (approximately $3100.00) and telling me that ALL that money goes to lawer fees and they don't reccomend I stay in the progream because I was late on some payments. The receptionist that answers just keeps telling me to go bankrup. I DONT want to go bankrupt! Now that they have my money they are not intrested in helping at all. How long from the time you quit paying your credit card does it take for them to report it on your credit? I have just missed my Business Advanta Credit Card payment for the first time...just wondering when do they start reporting this to the bureaus?
