I have this old account with a CA(Midland). It is out of SOL but I would like to pay it off simply for the fact that I don't want this on my back any more since I have the money. What is the best way to go about it? Can i settle with them?

I live in KY and took out an internet Payday loan in December 2008 for the amount of $300.00 from Paradise Cash Advance (aka International Equity Group). $375.00 was taken out of my checking account on 2/27/09 and that was the last I heard from them until about two months ago when someone from Smith, Haynes, and Watson began calling me saying that I owed this company 190.00 for extension fees and NSF fees. When I asked them for debt validation they proceeded to take (unauthorized of course) $95.00 from my checking account.

i just wanted to know if my wages are being garnished already and they took my refund last yr(before the garnishment started) will they also take my refund again this yr?

It appeared on my credit report after 12 years. I don't understand why and how. This was closed due to filing BK 12 years ago. What to do now?

I would really appreciate someone's help with this. I am current on all obligations. Have never been late in my life. My income is much less now than it used to be. I have had no help from my CC companies in wanting to negotiate payment down (because I'm not late yet). My questions are these. 1.

does anyone know anything about my cash now/ credit protection depot. My hubby has a loan with them. We were making the payments fine. A few weeks ago there was an NSF and it was sent back. Now, it is with the Credit Protection Depot. the last withdraw that they made was the amount that was returned along with a 25.00 fee. they also took out one of hte installment payments. that is fine. My question is since the account is currecnt now, will they just continue to take out the installment amounts? Wasn't sure and I cannot talk to them.. have tried.

can you stop a PDL from taking money out without closing account? like sending the letters to the loan place and asking the bank not to do anymore ACH withdrawals.
