If I go with this program, will it stay on my credit for 7 years?

I received a call from someone from lifeguard that offered me a intest free and to cut my credit card debt it at possiblly 1/2 . Is this the same company I asked them to call the next night noone has called back it been about a week

I pulled my Experian credit report and noticed some discrepancies on it regarding the OC's report. It was shown as the last payment was in July 2008 and the date of first delinquency was Aug. 2008 and was chaged off in 2/2009 but it then showed a payment in March.

I just received a bill from a pharmacy charging me 28% interest on a prescription I have not paid yet. My doctor ordered the prescription from this pharmacy. I never signed a credit agreement with the pharmacy or any paperwork for that matter. Is it legal for them to charge interest when I had no idea what the interest rate would be as I never entered into a credit agreement with them? I've never been charged interest on any prescriptions or medical bills in the past.

In the past, I have found one or two things that did not belong to me on my credit reports and disputed them with no problem. However, this weekend my mouth almost dropped when I did my free annual credit reports. I filed BK last year and wanted to make sure everything is reporting like it should-HA! Both Equifax and TransUnion were off with minor things, but Experian...WOW! I had numerous Bankruptcies on there in different cities, accounts that were not mine, collections/charge-offs--things that the other 2 did not show.

I have stopped paying on my credit cards and am hoping to settle on them. One of my cards is at Wells Fargo where I also have checking, savings and IRA account with them. I have already opened a checking and savings account at another bank. Do I need to move my IRA account too or is that an account they can't touch? Thanks!

i have a payday loan on 7 diff. companies that i want to consolidate and some of my credit card i owe about 5000 what should i do? can i consolidate my payday loan n my other bills all at one and make a one monthly payment?

I am thinking to try to settle by myself. I have some questions about before and after the settlement when it is done by myself. 1) Do they usually: * settle around $400? help. I have been making payments on a debt and just got this in the mail: By order filed set. 17, 2009 plaintiff xxxxxxxx was granted to dec. 15 2009 to affect service and file proof of the same. No proff of service on defendant (me) is in the file and the petition at law filed june 22, 2009 and this cause of actin are dismissed. costs are assessed to plaintiff xxxxxxxxx Clerk to verify counsel or any party who has appeared and the court administrator. My question is simple. Is this over? do I continue to pay? Thanks!
