I have 5 credit cards I am making my payments but starting to have trouble making them on time. Should I let one go past due so I can start to settle with them?

Hello all. Approximately 7 months ago I was completely debt free. I had 3 credit cards that had no balances, and they remained unused. Two months ago, American Express sent me a letter saying my account was closed because I was late on payments. When I inquired, they told me that I bought something from a clothing company in April 09, and then did not pay for several months. The account incurred many fees due to this, and it now totals to about $300. The problem is, I did not buy anything. It was a fraudulent charge.

Hi All, I have observed many pf the car owners are paying more for their cars. It seems they have not noticed that their car has depreciated almost 10% - 20% or even 30% but still pay for that 100% amount. How many of you have similar situation? Wonder how to get relieved from this??

Good evening, Recently i had attempted to resolve a debt($360) that I had with GRA..I was able to work out an agreement of a settlement for $240 payable in two payments ($120 ea), with payments drafted on 11/09 and 12/09 (final payment). This was done, however, 01/2010, they attempted to draft another $120 from my acct but wasn't able to. So I called them on it and ended up getting into a scuff with them. I might be away for a little bit. I am fighting the flu and it's pretty nasty.. plus my bank account was levied and $600 was gone.. my electricity is shut off at home so no internet there.. (actually my internet/cable was shut off first). I am also pretty sure my bank will not cover the rent check I sent out before knowing my account was going to be levied. My office actually did the levy, which makes it embarrassing but at least I can fix it.. I am mostly worried about my unpaid bills, rent, etc.
