When does a credit card debt expire.

Hi~ I have had 3 previous title loans from the same company here in Boise, all in good standing.

I was enrolled to credit solutions 3 weeks ago and found this site, send them email and cancelled them right away,asked them to give me my money back they took out of my checking account,is there any this people can still push me to stay w/ them although i don't want thier service any longer

I am 90+ days out on this card but cannot find anything regarding settlement with them. Any input is appreciated.

Any ideas how I would take care of medical bills? Offer a settlement? Not sure, most are older bills. Thanks Jen s

So are they real or not? If they have been taking money from my account, and I stop it will i be in any kind of trouble?

Why is it that when I registered as a member for this web site forum that I get multiple phone calls each day from India with a caller ID of 331! When I answer they ask me in broken english about my debt consolidation request.

I have a question or two about Financial Solutions Consumer Center. I have signed up for the service about 6 months ago. They seemed to promise the world but now I wonder. I have just received a subpoena from a dept collector to appear in court for breach of contract. I understand that I am in breach of contract and do not have a problem with this. However, when I called Financial Solutions they said the debt collector could put a hold on my bank accounts and to start using ???pre-paid???

Does anyone know this number?

Hi all, I have another question I hope you all can help answer. I've gotten so much help here already, and I'm very thankful for it. If I were to get a secured credit card as a means of re-establishing credit, would there be any benefit to me getting a $1000 secured card as opposed to a $200 secured card?
