I currently have payment arrangements with all my creditors and have been enjoying the silence...until yesterday. I received a call that I traced back to PDM in Missouri. They called yesterday (from 816-423-6000) and left a message regarding a "very urgent matter." Today the same women (with a southern accent) left a message for me at work regarding this same "very urgent matter" and said that she had a check that had not cleared my bank. She went on to say that she would "make a final decision by 5 p.m. today." Has anyone received a similar call?

I have read several of these posts and am confused, I took a pdl from USA Advanced and my first payment came out of 180.00 - I borowwed 600.00 - what you are saying is I am only obligated to pay them 600.00? Please advise me on what to do, I have already gotten several debits out of my checking account for subscriptions that they said they would refund but haven't yet, I am on my way to the bank to fight them. Hi all, wow I am so glad I found this site. I really wanted to start getting my student loan dealt with and after reading many threads I think I know how to proceed.

My daughter called me last night and her husband received information from Premier Credit of North America, LLC. They are threatening to take their tax refund for a student loan. They wanted bank information to pay $50 to start a program with Premier Credit or they would take the tax refund. Can anyone shed any light on this company?

I have a few questions. I have 6 medical bills that are listed on my credit report with the same CA as unpaid. 5 of those bills are with the same original creditor. Now how would I negotiate with them to lower these bills, if I pay them off now? Do most CA negotiate with you to get them paid off? Another question is that I have an outstanding medical bill that is on my report for $1526 , but I had medical Insurance at that time and I have proof of the insurance. How do I go about on trying to get this settled? Thanks for any help. Jill

I had posted a small summary of my situation earlier. I have started today on my journey to settle our credit card debt. We had called each credit card at the first of the year to explain our situation. They had offered my husband a deal in which we would would pay 2% interest for 5 years. Husband agreed but did not get it in writing. Now we have nothing and I'm taking over. Going to try it alone. I have put together a letter and an agreement to terms in which I am offering 0%interest for 10 months then 5% over the remaining balance.

I found this site while surfing.Posted once can't find my first post. I am 21. I am fun loving and love making friends. I would like to do the same here. Can I share jokes,stories, debates and more. What happen if i cannot pay credit dues to creditors before due date? Will they put lien on my property OR will they sue me in court? Please help me.
