I received a letter from Eligibility patient advocacy liaisons. Says they want to help me out with some medical debt on behalf of a hospital. I tried to look them up but wasn't able to find anything out about them, I did see them listed as NCO Eligibility patient advocacy liaisons. Could this be the infamous NCO up to some new tricks? BTW, nice to see the active mods doing such a great job :)

I posted this in another thread but figured I would give a shot here and see what happens I have debt on a Yamaha four-wheeler that is now up to $10,000. As we all know things happen and payments can't be kept up sometimes. I was told from HSBC a couple of months agothat repossession was the only course of action. Unfortunately I decided to have that happen. However, the ATV was never repossessed. Yesterday I received a call from "Aaron Bell" (real name is Aaron Matthews I believe) who said he was from Corporate Receivables.

In May, I got a PDL from ACE in Texas. I paid off the loan and renewed every month. In August, my husband left closing the bank accounts and the blank check (unsigned) that ACE had on file was sent in and bounced. Now they are threatening to file THEFT BY CHECK charges and have me arrested. Can they do this???

Hello. I have a car loan with wachovia. I know my car is about to be repo'd. I am very far behind and can no longer afford to make payments. I have not been answering my phone. Is the car going to just be gone one day? Do they come to the door? I have no idea how this works. Do they involve the police? I am declaring bankruptcy (ch 7), and plan to include the car, but I have not filed yet because I do not have the funds to pay for a bankruptcy attorney. Thank you for any input.

I have been trying to work with the MN Attorney General for a while. I got a letter from him today after many months of nothing. In essence he is saying, he has no idea what to do and I should contact a private attorney. WTF. None of the PDL have contacted me since I made contact with him, what the heck do I do now. I have bank statements showing how much I owe any ideas or do I just leave it alone until someone calls me. I am really pissed what a joke. k

I noticed other post where individuals were having a hard time with this MyPaydayLoan.com, has anyone ever gotten the loan resolved with them? I know it's still early for me, but I've gotten several calls from them today, after I've repeatly told them not to call. The emails I just keep repeating that I need a payment address to send them the final principal payment. Thanks!

My debt settlement company made a settlement in our name, which my husband and I ended up voluntarily voiding. Does this start our SOL terms over?

I got a settlement letter from BOA for 20% of the 30k owed. They gave me a deadline in a couple days to make the settlement payment. How do I actually pay it? The easiest way is to bring it to one of the BOA bank locations. Do I make a cashier's check, MO, personal check? Should I write something on the check besides the account #? Please help

does it come off your credit report or it shows paid off
