I received a call this morning from a foreign accented man, Jason Scott from Affidavit Collection Services. The call was received through the switchboard and directed to my extention. The message he left (it was an unknown number) stated that a financial company had brought some serious charges against me and that I needed to call him back immediately. After "googling" I'm scared to call back, but I don't want to force the switchboard operator or any of my co-workers to have to deal with my problem. I am current in default to two payday lenders and was hoping to work out something.

Does anyone know who "cashjar" is a d/b/a of and/or if they have a non-PO Box address? I got an EFTA summons for them but don't really want to send it to the PO Box.

I’m financially and emotionally drained from these loans. I keep taking out loans, paying them back then taking them out again just so I can pay back fees and pay other bills. I just can’t do it anymore.

Well it looks like this may be the first month I can't make my credit card payments. I've emptied my savings, took a withdraw from 401K just to stay ahead and on time. The credit card companies have all lowered my credit limit, raised interest rates, and minimal payment rates. It all started with one company then others followed stating my outstanding balance was to close to my limit. What was once payments I could make are not anymore. Prided myself on always having good credit even in tough times.

Today I won a motion to vacate a default judgement, Thanks to this web site ! I have been reading posts for a few months and got good information to win my motion. I am going to start a new debt valitation letter tomorrow, but I don't know if I should sent it to the plantiff "Arrow finacial service" or the attorney for the plaintiff ? I won the motion because I did not get properly served, and now I want to start validation on this because I don't know if ithe origonal debt is for me or my son with the same name.
