I just received a contract from them and it has the following address. SCS Processing, LLC Post Office Box 636 Charleston, Nevis West Indies Fax Number 866 7934 3247. By the way, the woman told me that I had to abide by West indies laws. I told her not. I will admit, they really try to intimidate you.

Can someone explain how this works for cars? It seems like a decent option for those with bad credit, and in reading some reviews of a local place near me, the reviews are pretty positive So how does it work...What is the down payment? How long are you locked in? What can you expect to pay a month? What about insurance?

They have been trying to collect an alleged debt from me, but have failed to validate per my written request. They also keep calling constantly without identifying themselves, leaving a mini-Miranda, or even leaving a message. They just hang up. I am preparing an FDCPA complaint now. Academy Collection sent me a collection letter in Sept. for a Citi Bank card. I sent them a DV letter promptly certified/ return. I just received a large envelope yesterday from Citi Bank with credit card statements from my past due Sears card. I live in NJ and the card was charged off around July. Would anyone consider this a valid response to a DV leter, since it came from the orginal creditor?

DCS is telling me that my monthly Loan Rehab payments (for 9-10 months) will be based on 15% of my 2 most recent paychecks. Is that correct? I thought Loan Rehab was appx 1% of the debt. Since I am paid on commission, my pay changes every month. If Loan Rehab is based on my 2 most recent checks and locks me into that amount for 9 months, Wage Garnishment would actually a better deal for monthly payments, since it is 15% of each individual paycheck. This just doesn't seem right.

Does anyone know if the credit card companies can attach someone's social security benefit (retirement) for unpaid debt?

I am mailing all my letters out today, I need to know what to include. The letters to the PDL company do I send copies of my complaints to the BBB, AG and Dept of Corps? and do I send copies of my revoke letters to the BBB, AG and Dept of Corps? Thank you

Ok....I need help badly if any of you are willing to donate points to me. I have two infected wisdom teeth that are need to come out Friday.
