I received a call from an attorney's office saying that it was their third time trying to get a hold of me and if I did not get back to them they would be sending my file over to Broward court for filing. I have a payday loan out with Mynextdaycash and had not received any calls from them regarding this matter until the law office that called me today. I called them back and they proceeded to give me a number of 800-542-1048 to call. This is a company by the name of NCA. What should I do in this situation? Can they file a case in court against me?

So I just received an email from Plain Green wanting monthly payments of $175 for 4 months to pay off current $700 loan. I have had 3 loans with them for a total of $1900, and have paid $1792, so I technically only owe a principal balance of $118. How do I word an email to them telling them that they will only get the $118, and not a penny more?

I am finding conflicting information, or at least confusing information. I took a loan through western sky for $2600 (after fees). It was immediately sold to Cash Call. I have made two payments (the first one apparently does not count). Anyways, I have read the documents that Cash Call has posted and they all speak of the Tribal authority and enforcability. So my question is do I have to pay this loan back with this 139.2% interest? Is the loan actually legal and enforcible in the state of Georgia?

I have had three or four loans with CWB services at one time. They use different names such as Triple Services, Cloud Lending, etc. but are all at a @cwbservices.net email. Are they all the same company? I have overpaid Triple Services by $900 so rather than requesting a refund, could I just not finish paying the principle to Cloud Lending and call it even??

Does anyone have one of these loans and instead of being turned over to delbert as third party collection it has been turned over to kramer and associates?

Hello to all- Never thought I would be in this position as I've never defaulted on anything in my life caught business partner in a scheme to create new LLC and steal company. As a result, I am now dealing with $50K+ business debt spread out over 9 personal cards.

I got my free credit report from only Experian and I disputed certain entries that were way over 7 years. My first question is that the 5 that were reported and were over 7 years had no status statement and did not give a date as how long they would stay on the report. In each case the lender had sold the debt to someone else. My second question is - does a dispute on one report fix the other two (equifax and transunion) statements as well? Thanks, Liz
