I have been stuck in this PDL cycle & I just can't make these payments; are there any I can get of, or at least the interest & just pay principle, BUT NOT bi-weekly out of my account????? Maybe they are illegal????I'm in Michigan. I want to close my bank account today, I bank with Bank of America. are they a bank that re-opens for ARC debits, cause those fee's alone would put me under?????

Hi All- Yesterday in the mail I received a letter from CashNDash (illegal lender) with Wage Garnishment in bold letters across the top of it and then in the body they stated that they are going to contact my employer for a wage garnishment. Now I know for that they would need to court so I am guessing that they are trying to put through a wage assignment. I revoked their right to do this via email twice and I sent a blanket revokation for any lender to my payroll department through my local HR rep. Is there anything else I need to do? My HR rep said that our payroll dept.

I live in MA and this is how much I borrowed and paid. I paid more than the amount due on the US Fast Cash loan and they are still withdrawing money from my account. Reading these post I found out PDL are illegal in MA!

How can I find if the PDL companies I'm dealing with are actually store fronts? I live in MA where they are illegal but I think that pertains to internet loans only. Right?

First off my name is Patrick, and I will register once I can get to a computer, but for now all I have is my phone. Anyway, earlier today I recieved a call from 'Enhanced Recovery Corp.' stating that they were collecting a debt from a a credit card that I had not been able to pay off due to my loss of employment. The guy I spoke with, Brian, stated that I owed $250.11, and in order to stop the attempts, he needed to secure the payment today.

What other names does cash advance go by? Is cash net usa a legal lender in the stae of Ohio?
