well fri is the day i have stayed up for for weeks, i owe 2 storefronts in ohio they said if i did not pay the entire balance by fri it was going to there law firm for fraud. i am unemployed i am in ohio they do not want to talk i caled poice to ask advice they said not paying in not criminal i just want to here it from you guys if i do not pay will they take me to coival court. i am a single day with no job i am about ready to go nuts and jump off a bridge ... ace also called and said to get a lawyer because there were filing against me. than they called back and gave me an extention.

My question is two-fold: 1. I have been late with both Chase and BOA cc - about 60 days. Just made a payment and got current, but will probably be late again next month. Do you think they would settle with me - I have an opportunity to get a lump sum and would offer 80% - even that would help! If they see I'm starting to have trouble, will they settle for 80% do you think? 2. If they do settle, will it lower my credit score? My next step is to re-fi a mortgage at a lower rate and need that credit score as good as possible.

I need some advise please... I received summons from Pressler and Pressler that I am being sued. I tried to work things out with them and it did not work out so I filed MOtion to Dismiss. Judge denied it. Next I received interrogatories which I answered and sent mine. They did not answer mine based on the fact I had too many questions...In NJ you can ask up to 5 questions. I have been waiting for any notification from the courts however the only thing I recently received was a letter from P&P stating they will file a wage execution order. SO I am very confussed!

Can anyone help me locate a C and D letter for PDL in California. Thanks

Hi everyone, I hope someone can shed some light on this for me. I disputed a payday loan company and told them I have repaid more than twice what I should have on a loan I took out with them several months ago. I told them they weren't licensed in my state to do business etc. anyway, I never heard from them again, but low and behold they have reported to the credit bureaus that i still owe $520. What can I do to dispute? Please help.

I've been reading some other posts, so I thought I'd put my situation here. I have been in the payday loan trap for over a year... getting one to pay off another, etc, until I just got where I could not pay them anymore. I recently closed my bank account, and the payments were supposed to be taken a couple of days ago, so now of course I am getting all kinds of phone calls.

Question, My mother-in-law lives with us and gives us 300 a month for rent. when doing a Means test do I count the $300 or do I have to count all of her soc. sec. appx $975 as household Income. We do claim her on our taxes because it cost us well over 300 a month to take care of her.

Now Mr. Mitchell is calling my boss. He is a little out there so he just thought it was weird that someone called him and asked him to tell me to call them. I know that this is one of their scare tactics but how do I get him to stop this? I'm thinking that ignoring Mr. M is the best bet but how long will he keep calling both me and my boss? Please, anyone who has dealt with this guy, please share your experiences. I can almost deal with the "court" papers in the mail over the embarassment tactics.

Anyone knows if CashNet USA,UsfastCash,Ameriloan,LoanPointUsa,Cash Central operate legally .They are all internet PDL's and i live in Delaware. I feel like I have been paying on them forever.
