I have 3 CAs that I am trying to settle debt with but they have not responded ... what should I do?

Okay so today I've been going back and forth with the people at the Loan Shop Online regarding my $100.00 internet payday loan. Since I've already paid them $45 on the loan and have only $55 left to send it seems that they are not budging at all. Twice now they have come back and stated that since they've loaned me $100 that's what they want back regardless on whether or not that I've already paid $45 because that's the interest on the loan.

Just got served with a summons for 2 chase accounts I have, both accounts were around 170 days. I will file an answer. Is it normal to sue with 2 cards at the same time or are they trying to consolidate things. They seemed pretty quick to sue, I thought it would charge off at 180 days and I would have a little more time to raise the funds for a settlement. Any advice or comments are appreciated.

Anyone know of a store card that is somewhat easier to get approved for but that will also report to the bureaus. i'm in bad need of revolving credit and this seems to be a good way. my scores are in the lower part of the 600s, up the mid parts depending on the bureau. i currenlty have no revolving credit, a current student loan, and 3 old ca's appearing.

I have a loan out with CashNETUSA in Pa - from what I can gather they are the only legal one I have to deal with. THe rest of my loans are from illegal PDL companies. What does this mean exactly? The original loan was for $1000 - and I rolled it over 4 times - I have to get the excat amount I paid on it. But am I still only obligated to pay the principal or do I need to pay back all the interest accrued? They say I still owe $400 on it.

I have a credit monitoring service and recently review the information in my report. An account I have has recently moved from the OC to an attorney who is attempting collection. The Inquiries section of my credit report states this: The following inquiries are "hard" or voluntary inquiries and were generated because you authorized the companies listed to request a copy of your credit report. The name of the OC appears with a date just a couple weeks before they sent it to the attorney and now the name of the firm is showing up with a 2nd inquiry a couple days ago.

I'm from Ohio. I got a "loan" from Mypaydayloan.com. When I tried a cease and disist letter after paying nearly $350 on a $300 loan, this was their response: How rude. Any ideas? Sande

Has one person on this forum ever ponder the question of whether a promissory note is legal or not? Stop for just a moment and think about that?

Hello. Here is my problem. To begin I live in the state of NC. I have taken out ipdl's before with no problem thru mycashnow.com and paydaymax.com. I mean it wasnt the most logical thing to do but I tooks loans out for 100.00 and they deposited into my account then when agreed they withdrew the owed 118.00 or so. Now recently I took a loan with salaryfast.com. They said the minimum loan amount was 200.00 and the finance charge was $75.00! I know stupid stupid me. Well apparently I orig gave incorrect bank account info and corrected the account number but I never recvd the loan.

Earlier today a 1-866-808-1188 number with a womaning saying she is from National Check Restituion Services called my family to say they were giving a formal call to notify me that an attorney would soon be sending me a court summons due to a bounced check. I am in the process of digging myself out of the payday loan hole, I have closed my bank account and sent letters to the companies whom I owe. Im assuming these people are a payday loan collector as I dont owe anyone else any unpaid debts. When I called the number back it went to a voicemail calling themselves ACD group.
