went to court to ans. admission of fact. now the co. is sending me example of legal forms such as note of interrogatories and domestic interrogatories. a 2nd letter wanting my husband income personal info etc. my huhband is not involved. i guess they are trying to see a total household imcome?

I have loans with 5 payday lenders and I've had some fraud activity on my checking account due to a third party company getting my personal info and debting my account saying I signed up for Freedom subcription when I signed up for the payday loans online. Now I have no choice but to close my account. I filed a fraud report with the bank and the police dept. I don't want to give my new bank info to the payday loan companys because now i don't trust them. I also want to try to settle myself with the companys.

Hi, I have a quick question. I had a pay day loan with pay day one or pay day yes (they go by the same name) a couple of years back. I paid on it, but they are saying I still owe. I have a different account now, but they say that they have that information (don't know how they got it) and that they are going to debit my account. Can they do this to my new account??? Also, they called me today at work (don't know how they got my work number) and I answered. I told them that I didn't work there anymore...I didn't want to get in trouble and I don't know how they found out where I worked!

i had payday loans which i paid off now collectors are calling claiming i never paid the loans off or made any payments. I had one call me at 7.30am at my work and threatened to have me arrested. He told me i would have to arrange $8000 in bail to get out of jail once i was arrested. He said he was going to contact my employer and demand payment from them.

I have a Pay Day loan with a Company called Payday Loan of America for $400. I have already paid in fees $300.00 I would like to know if anyone has any information on them. On their loan document they state they are licensed lender in Delaware. Does anyone know this to be true? I would like to just pay them the $100 I feel I owe them being I already have paid $300 in fees. Any suggestions?

I am trying to understand what no rollovers mean, in Illinois it is illegal to Rollover your loan, is that the same as extending it? TIA
